Getting started
Set up your Pineway page, availability, scheduling tools, and first bookable offer.
Set up Pineway in the order below so each part of your booking flow is ready for the next. When you finish, clients can learn about your work, choose an available time, and book your first offer from your Pineway page.
Complete your Pineway page
Start with the profile clients see before they choose an offer.
- Open My page.
- Add a recognizable profile photo, your display name, and a short bio that explains who you help and what you help them do.
- Add the social accounts you want clients to visit. You can leave these empty if they are not part of how you present your work.
- Review the preview to check that your profile is clear on both a computer and a phone.
Your saved profile appears at the top of your live page. See Edit your profile and social links for image requirements and the values each social account accepts.
Set the times clients can book
Availability defines your normal working hours. Set it before creating an offer so the correct schedule is ready to select in the offer editor.
- Open Availability.
- Review the existing schedule, or select Add availability to create one for a particular type of work.
- Choose the Timezone in which you work, then turn on each day you accept bookings and set its start and end time.
- Save the schedule. Its card under Your availability shows the enabled days, hours, and timezone.
Clients see the available times in their own timezone. If you need different hours for different offers, create a separate schedule for each pattern. See Set your availability for split working hours, default schedules, and schedule changes.
Connect your scheduling tools
Availability controls when you normally work. Calendar conflict checks remove times when you are already busy, while a meeting provider creates the link clients use to join a session. These are separate connections.
- Open Calendar settings and connect Google Calendar if you want Pineway to work around existing events.
- Choose the calendar that should receive new sessions, then turn on each calendar Pineway should check for conflicts.
- Open Integrations and connect Google Meet or Zoom if your sessions happen by video.
- If you connect both meeting providers, set the one you use most often as the default for new offers.
Return to the relevant settings page to check your setup. Calendar settings shows the destination and conflict calendars, while Integrations shows which meeting providers are connected and which one is the default.
See Calendar and integrations for the full connection and disconnection workflows.
Create your first offer
An offer brings together what the client receives, when they can book, where you meet, and what they pay. Have the short card copy, session details, and checkout description ready before you begin.
- Open New offer.
- Under Offer basics, add the card details, select the availability schedule you prepared, choose the meeting location, and set the price.
- Choose Public when the offer should appear on your Pineway page. Choose Invite only when clients should reach it only through its direct link.
- Under Sessions, add the name, duration, and description for each meeting included in the offer.
- Under Booking & checkout, add the detailed description, booking button text, any client questions, and the email receipt.
- Review the previews, then select Publish when the offer is ready for clients. Use Save & exit when you want to keep it as a draft instead.
The finished offer appears under Offers. Check that its card shows Published and the intended Public or Invite Only access. The offer’s booking page should show times from the availability schedule you selected.
For every field and preview in the editor, see Create an offer.
Check and share the booking flow
Open My page and confirm that the profile and public offer appear in the intended order. Select View live page, open the offer, and check that its booking page shows the correct description, price, session details, and available times.
When everything is ready, return to My page and select Share my page to copy your public URL. For an invite-only offer, copy and send the offer’s direct link instead because it does not appear on your page.
